In the year 1993, the company diversified into the Textile Industry by building a plant to manufacture Woven Jacquard labels for garments. An exclusive label division plant which initially started by manufacturing Millennium Jeans International private labels. It is now recognized as one of India's top producer of private woven labels  with production of over three million pieces per annum, and is one of the clothing manufacturers top label producers for export markets internationally.

Somani Textile Manufacturing is a joint venture investment with Somani Group International to produce high quality private label textile products with technology as an area of investment rather than expenditure. An operation of state-of-the-art Textile Processing Units, Modern Stitching Factories and use in-house computer generated designs, all maintained with our Ethnic Touch!  Production of over 10,000 meters of printed fabrics per day in screen and wooden hand blocks. 400 Juki machines producing approximately 1,500-2,000 garments everyday for private label designers in Europe, Asia and North America, and the ability to produce knitted garments, T-Shirts, Pants, Dresses and Blouses, bed linens, table cloths, curtains, quilts and a range of fabrics.
